Beautiful peoples.
Spend few minutes to read 📖 this article. In previous article I have said you all about focus and having faith, here I am going to say you about how your mind works.
Dear everyone,
The most important part of our body is heart and our brain, surely nothing is there in our control but Thanks to GOD that he made us mentally perfect so that we can control our mind but still we are suffering pain, depression, anxiety, guilt, sadness and many other problems, why?
Here's the reason why,
For example, Suppose we have head ache what we do is, we only think about the pain and what we should do is, we should think about getting relief 😌 from that pain or make yourself comfortable and relax forget about the pain think about something beautiful that will make your pain magically disappear.
Everything is in your mind the people who think about bad for sure that they are going to feel bad your mind is connected to your feelings.
As if, someone pinched you so the mind detects that and you feel the pain similarly as that.
Be with positive mindset so that you can heal your sadness, the best exercise to get rid of all your pain is below :-

- Sit comfortable, take a long deep breath
- Close your eyes
- See to that nothing is disturbing you
- Now imagine your pain in any shape or color (because mind only understands the things which are having shape)
- See that where actually it is, where that pain is in your body
- Remove that particular pain and bring in front of you, see it
- Now take knife 🔪 a sharp one or anything so that you can easily get able to destroy your pain
- Now by the help of that knife 🔪 in your hand ✋ destroy the pain which is in front of you destroy it totally till the time ⌚ it gets vanish.
- Now think something good in place of that something beautiful
- Give that beautiful thing a nice shape and put that in the same corner from you have removed the pain, anxiety, depression, sadness or guilt. Put your happiness, relief, good attitude, self-confidence and many more good things
- Now when you're done slowly open your eyes
